Great place for a haircut. But when it gets too busy, figuring out who's next becomes a game of memory.. Add a number ticket plz for crazy days.

Long story short, I started to go and get haircuts from all the barbers at the Merrick Rd location and was extremely happy and impressed. The only complaint(s) I have Is the system of waiting for your haircut. There is none. I’ve seen people cut ahead as soon as they walk through the door. You have other people waiting for certain barbers. The anxiety of waiting becomes a full time job when in line for a haircut, and sometimes getting pissed. I know that I’m def not the only one that feels that way because there’s been many times I’ve spoken to customers who share the same concerns, and even wittinessed people walking out. Other then the waiting system and the jump from $20 to $25 for a haircut, madmen is an amazing haircut and service. And I’d also like to add that I like seeing the owner taking the time out to read and respond to these reviews, good or bad. Thank You, Enjoy.
